Privacy Policy

You can search and read provider information without an account. We measure how the site is used with a cookieless analytics tool: it sets no cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not build a profile of you. It records aggregate page views and a few interaction events (for example, that a provider link or a phone link was clicked). Events carry only the type of page involved, never your search text, name, email, or other personal information. The analytics tool records the site you arrived from as a traffic source, and we additionally label visits from known AI assistants with the assistant's name (for example, “chatgpt”). If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, analytics is not loaded at all.

We store the category, message, provider and report reference you submit so our corrections team can review it. Email is optional and used only to follow up on your correction. Submissions are private and are not published as provider reviews. We store a keyed hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, rather than the raw address. Please omit children's details and private home contact information.

Signing up stores your email address and the favorites you save so we can provide those features. Signing in sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in; we do not use them for advertising or tracking. Your browser may also keep small preferences (such as your compare list or map/list view) in local storage on your own device.

Reviews are not open to the public yet. If they are enabled, we will store the reviews and helpfulness votes you submit, the version of the Terms of Use you accepted and when. Publicly, a review shows only your first name and the first letter of your last name.

“Use my location” asks your browser for permission and is used only to find nearby providers. Provider pages show Google Maps, which is operated by Google under its own privacy policy.
