DaycareNearMe is a directory of licensed childcare providers built from public state licensing records. Provider details, licensing status and inspection information come from those records and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details with the provider and your state licensing agency.

Reviews written by users, if and when they are published, are individual opinions. They are separate from, and are not a substitute for, official state inspection records. We do not verify the statements in reviews.

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must be describing your own, first-hand experience.
• You must be truthful and have no conflict of interest. Reviews by the provider's owners, staff or family, or by anyone paid or rewarded for a review, are not allowed.

You keep ownership of what you write.

Nothing in these terms restricts anyone from posting an honest review, and we will not use these terms to penalize a reviewer for a truthful, lawful review.
